Haven’t been in Second Life lately. Real life was getting in the way. I decided it was time I popped in and created a new musical statue.

This really turned out the way I expected it too.

I’m really satisfied with the way this turned out.

Clicking the cubes on the corner activates them.

The corner cubes rotate, emanating textures and music.

While it’s nice to have a chill spot out at Podcaster Island, I decided I want to do more with this place, so I decided it was time to re-create my gallery, only… a little differently this time…

I’m not having walls on this one, or… indeed – a floor. There’s the chill spot and there are also fish swimming through the air… guess I’m just putting the surreal into the experience.

Naturally, my avater is the most surreal thing there…

I’ve been having problems with my web connection. This has resulted in all sorts of strange avatar behavior on Second Life. Here is one example:

Unfortunately, there’s not much I can do about this now. This has impact way beyond Second Life for me and includes difficulties in uploading podcasts and other strange web connection related phenomena. This is also a setback in developing my Bluesmoke Designs. I’m hoping to fix this once my financial status becomes a little more stable.
