So, Podcaster Island is no more. Fortunately, Podcast Island is still here and it now much better since Itazura Radio is the new owner of the sim. He also changed the name to Corona Cay, so this is really a freash start. Here is an upper view of the island:
Here I am, standing in front of the gallery:
Note my fire breathing dragon:
Here are some more images of the gallery:
At the end of it all, I just had to rest a little:
A special thanks goes to Radar Masukami for the prefab used for the gallery.
Saying Good Bye to Podcaster Island with Stuart Warf and ituzura Radio.
Taking the SSA-1811 Exocet for a first Flight. This fine vehicle was created by Gaius Goodliffe and it can be found in Second Skies store at Extropia Odyssey.
On the 27th of July, 2006 I entered the magical world of Second Life for the first time. The character of Bluesmoke Hextall was created that very first day and stayed almost the same throughout with minor changes. I like him as he is, with his blue skin and his parrot. He is quite a character, a character you won’t forget if you meet him on the metaverse.
Throughout the past two years, Hextall created Second Life art, had his own gallery, did some musical statues and generally, had more fun then I do in real life. I’ve been thinking of starting a Second life business for some time now, but I was hesitant about the kind of business I would want to run. One of the things I was promoting with Bluesmoke Hextall was my podcasts, so I created a t-shirt of one of my podcasts and dressed him up with it.

In the background, you can see on of my musical statue, Dance of Electricity, also known as “The Big Wheel” sometimes. I also made a blue checkered trouser for him, which you can see more clearly on the following screen capture.

As time went by, I realized I enjoyed creating those little garments for my avatar and that I wanted to explore this further, so on the 26th of September, that is last Friday, I created Bluesmoke Hancroft.
Hancroft is going to be my vehicle to my SL fashion world and this is going to be my blog, following her progress though Hextall might also sneak in from time to time.
